Additional LA Arts Community Wildfire Relief Resources
LA Arts Community Fire Relief Fund:
The Getty Museum and a coalition of foundations, arts organizations, and individuals created the LA Arts Community Fire Relief Fund. Currently at $12M, the fund will support the arts community impacted by the Los Angeles fires.
The ongoing fires have destroyed residences, studios, archives, artworks, and places of employment for LA’s vibrant arts community.
Impacted artists and arts workers can visit cciarts.org to apply for an emergency grant starting on January 20.
This directory was established by a group of concerned professionals working to aid those who have been affected by the LA wildfires.
Their website displays a range of helpful tools including legal assistance resources, funding opportunities, event updates, shelter information, FAQ’s, and a ‘How To’ page dedicated to educating the public about how to file insurance claims for damaged property.
Thank you to each and every person who has donated to Grief and Hope. At the last counting, on January 20, 2025, they have raised $791,526 and have received almost 300 responses to their artist needs survey.
Please Note: The needs survey and applications for relief funding will close on January 25th. The GoFundMe will close on January 31st.
White Label Editions x Grief and Hope:
38 artists have come together to raise funds for Grief and Hope by selling open editions of their artwork, with every print priced at $100 USD.
All funds raised will be distributed to artists and art workers who have lost their homes or workspaces during the Eaton, Palisades, Sunset, and other fires throughout Los Angeles.
